About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Backend Developer to design and maintain the server-side logic, APIs, and databases powering our applications. You will collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the development of reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Work with relational and non-relational databases to store and manage data.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of backend systems.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, optimizing for scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in at least one server-side language (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
